House & Restaurant
The experience of tasting is one of the highlights of our Moroccan restaurant!
The house is situated on two hectares (five acres) of olive groves. We have tried to respect the setting and the authenticity of the house by using natural materials such as pisé (adobe), whitewash (of limestone??) and straw in the building.
Bouhcine and his wife Fayrouz, the happy owners, have put their soul into making their home a warm and welcoming place. Tamatem Fayrouz is a passionate chef, excelling in preparing succulent and original meals with fresh produce from local markets with respect for natural agriculture. She also offers cooking classes in traditional Moroccan cuisine (on demand).
