A house built from the earth it stands on.
Set in a two-hectare olive grove, the house was built with respect for its environment, using a vernacular architecture of natural materials: rammed earth, lime and straw.
Bouhcine and Fayrouz
The owners have poured their hearts into making their house a warm and welcoming place. Fayrouz is the passionate cook of the house, creating a new recipe each day from fresh produce of the local market, in the spirit of organic farming.
